Thank you again for visiting. Kevin here and yes, the picture to the left is from over 25 years ago which is about the same time I decided to learn different ways to increase my household income to pull myself out of the poverty situation I was living in.
During this time, I was finishing up my 6 years active duty military career and living in an extremely small studio apartment. The mini kitchen was so small that one person had to actually turn sideways when entering in order to make use of the stove, fridge and sink. My sister and brother in law were apparently shocked at where I was living and what very little I had so they purchased and left me some pots, pans and a few other items that I didn't have. I will never forget what they did for me.
That is when I knew I had to make changes and start figuring out how to move forward in my life, regardless of what was going on in the world around me. I will never forget the ones that helped me during the difficult parts of my life which is why I wanted to start something to pay it forward in order to help as many others as I can before my time expires.
The internet was just taking off back in the mid 90s so I decided to establish my own online real estate so I could easily provide information, tools, resources and any other help I might be able to provide to anyone looking or needing to increase their financial situation and/or making positive changes in their life. So I created my first website which is still up and running today at www.Invest-N-You.com

Fast forward to today, and after all of my trials, tribulations and blunders along the way, I am married to the love of my life and we have four wonderful adult children, three fantastic son/daughter in laws we also consider our kids, and six awesome grandchildren that keep us entertained:)
We (my wife and I) are empty nesters and are about to retire from our 9 to 5 careers. We are looking forward to spending more time with our family and continuing our travels before our No Go Retirement years arrive. I will continue to provide help, support, tools and resources to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life. |
